Using This Website

(1) Add Product to Shopping Cart

Browse through our extensive range of products, to purchase a product scroll down to the bottom of the product page, depending on what product you are purchasing there maybe several options related to it; such as Flavour or Size. If applicable please choose the options you desire for your product. Enter the quantity of the product you wish to purchase in the "Add to Cart" box, and then click the "add this to my cart" button. This will then add the product, customised with your options, to the shopping cart.

If you wish to purchase the same product, but using different options (eg. you may want the same product with a different flavour/size) then follow the same instructions but this time select different options.

You can add whatever other product(s) you with to purchase the same way; just browse to the product, select the options you desire (if available for the product), and add the product to the shopping cart.


(2) Adjust Quantities/Products

Once you have added the products to the shopping cart, you may want to increase or decrease the number of each product in the shopping cart. To do this, simply enter the new amount you want for each product, and click on the refresh button, symbolised by the two rotating arrows. This will then update the quantity, and also the total.

If you wish to delete a product from the shopping cart, this can be done simply by clicking the checkbox next to the bin icon, then click the refresh button, symbolised by the two rotating arrows.


(3) Checkout When you have added all the products to the shopping cart, you are ready to checkout. To checkout simply click on the "go to checkout" button.


(4) Your Details

If you are a returning customer you simply use your email address and password you created during your last order.

If this is your first time ordering from us, then fill in your details in the form. You will be given the opportunity to create login details for future orders.

(5) Payment Information

You can select your payment method on this page. You can also change your billing address by clicking on the "Change your address" button. If you have a discount coupon you can insert it in the appropriate field here. If there are any special instructions you wish to make us aware of, please insert them at the bottom of the page.

(6) Order Confirmation

All your order details will be summarised on this page. You are given your final opportunity to check and verify you have given us your correct details - and you are happy with your order. When you click the "Confirm the order" button you will be directed to the PayPal payment page. If you have a PayPal account then please login and follow the online instructions. If you don't have a PayPal account then please insert your credit/debit card information as instructed.
