Directions

Take 1 - 2 capsules 1 hour prior to exercise and then the same again afterwards. Due to their muscle mass, larger males may require 3 capsules twice daily to saturate their muscle cells with creatine. Due to having no side effects this is the creatine of choice for female athletes.
