Shipping Terms

When in stock, we aim to deliver the item(s) within 2-3 working days. items are delivered to your door and require a signature on receipt.

Standard delivery charge: £5.99

Free delivery on orders over: £50

Delivery: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm

Please Note: We currently accept orders within UK Mainland only.


Return Terms

Subject to your right to cancel the contract within 7 working days, we will only accept the return of items if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part we will be happy, where applicable, to refund the price of the item(s) and delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.

We would arrange a time and date for the item(s) to be picked up from you and are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 30 days.

However if you wish to return the item(s) simply because you ordered the wrong item(s) being your fault or error. We have a restocking fee of 20% of the item(s) purchased and delivery charges incurred in sending the item(s) to you.
